Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Business Development Executive to join in Egypt with an experience of 2 to 4 years in Sales and Business development. This is a full time outdoor front end sales job and requires the person to be out in the field meeting customers with driving license and own car.
The role involves outdoor sales of premium mattresses to the hospitality and hotel industry, identifying and developing new business opportunities in the segment, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and implementing the plans to meet sales and revenue objectives. Responsibilities include conducting daily sales and business development, collections from dealers and customers, collaborating with factory teams for intime order processing and delivery. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between the company and clients, ensuring that DFMC’s premium products and services meet customer needs and market demands.
Responsible for achieving sales and collection targets in the given territory.
To expand the network of dealers and hospitality customers in the territory of Egypt and also to penetrate new markets.
To maintain a strong business relationship with the Hotel Operators and hospitality clients and further develop and tie-up with new ones. To visit and map all the star hotels and hotel apartments in the territory.
To co-ordinate with the production facility and inspect the materials as and when required and ensure the products are manufactured as per the Company’s requirement for intime delivery.
To closely monitor the progress of all projects in order to secure business.
Dealer development, management and review of dealer performance and conducting training program for dealer salesman and show room sales teams and to attend to all dealers and customers to ensure smooth business transactions.
To maintain very high level of working relationship with all the customers.
To take all necessary initiative in launching various new products that may be developed from time to time.
To review dealer performance on a monthly basis and to provide feedback with an objective to improve performance and to identify and appoint new dealers. To plan, organize, implement all activities for every market in order to achieve overall objectives. To keep abreast of the developments in the market and to plan adequately in advance to take advantage of the opportunities.
To ensure smooth logistics, co-ordinate and organize deliveries to all customers. To be responsible for all special assignments given from time to time.
Qualifications Proficiency in Business Development, Sales, and market development with experience ranging from 2 to 4 years. Experience in Market Research for mapping. Strong Communication skills in English and Arabic, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building skills Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and propose actionable solutions Proven track record in achieving sales targets within the furniture, mattress, consumer durables, or manufacturing industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Willingness to work on-site in Egypt and to travel for client meetings as required.
