Administer, configure, and maintain the company’s ERP system (Odoo) to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and implement ERP solutions that support operational goals.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols within the ERP environment.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime.
Lead ERP system upgrades, patches, and integrations with other business applications.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for ERP configurations, workflows, and procedures.
Manage network servers and technology tools.
Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
Ability to build network infrastructure (LAN) and patch management to new branches.
Manage Sophos is network firewall system.
Manage FortiGate is network firewall system.
Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies
Train end-users and provide ongoing technical support to maximize ERP adoption and efficiency.
