Role Overview

  • This role ensures full legal and regulatory alignment with CMA, Nomu requirements, and other relevant legislation.
  •  The specialist will coordinate with external legal advisors and the internal Legal Department to support drafting, reviewing, and updating all legal documents required for the IPO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage all legal and regulatory requirements related to the IPO.
  • Coordinate with external legal advisors and the internal Legal Department.
  • Review and update policies, charters, contracts, and governance documents to ensure compliance.
  • Track CMA regulations and amendments, assessing their impact on the company.
  • Prepare legal compliance documentation for the VDR and advisors.
  • Support drafting governance reports and regulatory submissions.
