We're looking for a Technical Marketing Specialist who lives at the intersection of marketing
automation, content strategy, and web development. This isn't a traditional marketing role. You'll be the
person who turns product features and use cases into compelling content that demonstrates real value
to our audience.
You'll work hands-on with automation platforms, write video scripts and tutorials, design newsletters,
build landing pages, and produce white papers that help businesses understand how our solutions can
transform their operations.
This role supports both our agency clients and our own products (Monjez and Total Engage). If you've
built automations in tools like HubSpot, Active Campaign, GoHighLevel, or similar platforms, and you can
turn that technical knowledge into educational content and high-converting landing pages, we want to
talk to you.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Content Creation
• Write scripts for video tutorials and product walkthroughs (a separate content creator handles
filming)
• Create screen recordings demonstrating platform features and automation use cases
• Write technical blog posts, how-to guides, and case studies that translate features into business
outcomes
• Develop white papers and downloadable resources for lead generation
• Script and structure webinars showcasing platform capabilities to prospects and customers
Landing Pages and Web Content
• Build and optimize landing pages using web builders (GoHighLevel, Webflow, WordPress, or
similar)
• Write conversion-focused copy for landing pages, CTAs, and lead capture forms
• Create and maintain product pages, feature pages, and campaign-specific landing pages
• A/B test page elements and iterate based on performance data
Marketing Automation
• Build and manage email sequences, drip campaigns, and automated workflows
• Design and implement lead nurturing automations for different customer segments
• Create triggered campaigns based on user behavior and engagement signals
• Continuously test and optimize automation flows for conversion and engagement
Design and Visual Content
• Design newsletters, email templates, and marketing collateral using Canva or similar tools
• Create social media graphics, carousel posts, and visual assets for campaigns
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials for clients and internal products
AI-Powered Productivity
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.) to accelerate content production
• Stay current with emerging AI tools and bring new capabilities to the team
• Document and share AI workflows that improve team efficiency
