We are hiring a Sales Admin – Resale to manage and maintain our resale inventory, support the sales team, and ensure accurate publishing across all platforms. The role includes calling, prospecting, and matching available properties with client requests.
We also welcome fresh graduates who live near Maadi and are motivated to take on a real challenge and grow in the real estate field.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, and maintain resale listings in the CRM
- Upload and manage listings on:
- • Company website
- • Property Finder
- • OLX
- Ensure accuracy of prices, availability, specs, and visuals
- Update listing status (available / reserved / sold)
- Handle and track contracts with external agents
- Call and prospect owners, agents, and listings when needed
- Match available units with client requirements and sales leads
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations
- Remove outdated or duplicate listings
