  • Monitor and inspect construction activities, ensuring quality control and adherence to engineering drawings and plans.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed site reports, progress updates, and documentation for management review.
  • Oversee the allocation and utilization of materials, equipment, and manpower on site.
  • Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations across all site activities.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Identify and address potential risks or delays, proposing effective solutions to keep the project on track.
  • Liaise with local authorities and ensure all necessary permits and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Support the handover process by conducting final inspections and ensuring all punch-list items are completed.
