  1. Collaborate with Sales to Provide forecast and identify risks/opportunities.
  2. Support continuous improvement and forecasting accuracy.
  3. Support the S&OP process .
  4. Develop  and implement weekly and monthly production plan schedules, prioritizing work orders accordingly.
  5. Establish optimal stock levels while avoiding surplus inventory.
  6. Generate detailed reports related to MRP, back orders, and production schedules.
  7. Ensure the timely supply of materials and components to fulfill production needs and maintain minimum safety stock.
  8. Manage day-to-day order processing and oversee deliveries.
  9. Ensure all processes are carried out in compliance with established standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  10. Use Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems or any other relevant IT systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date data, resolving any issues as needed.
  11. Ensure the accuracy of Bills of Materials (BOM) and maintain inventory integrity .
