Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Alexandria, Egypt. The positions of Night Manager, Front Office Agent, and Telephone Operator involve ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences. The Night Manager oversees the hotel's nightly operations, ensures guest safety, and handles guest concerns promptly. The Front Office Agent is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, and addressing guest inquiries. The Telephone Operator manages incoming calls and ensures communication between departments and guests is seamless.
Qualifications Proven communication skills, excellent phone manner, and strong interpersonal abilities. Experience in customer service, front office operations, or hospitality is highly advantageous. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, including attention to detail and ability to handle high-pressure situations. Proficiency in reservation systems, basic computer skills, and knowledge of hotel management software (preferred). Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required. Prior supervisory or management experience in hospitality is preferred for the Night Manager role. A degree or certification in hospitality management, communications, or a related field is desirable.
