  • Follow and implement warehouses policy.
  • Control daily operational tasks in terms of warehouse transactions; tidiness, safety and security, reports and cooperate with other concerned dept.
  • Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments to ensure that they match the purchase order and meet quality standards.
  • Review and/or engages in preparing for the quarterly, semi-annual and annual inventory audit.
  • Maintaining 100% accurate inventory records and updating them in both documents and Oracle system.
  • Monitor and manage the warehouse store area to ensure better, efficient and safe utilization of space.
  • Creation and analysis of periodical Stock / Inventory Reports to management.
  • Maintain high level of Coordination with Management & sub stores.
