- Develop and execute the overall sales strategy for villa projects in Sheikh Zayed.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Oversee the full sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, contracting, and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and key clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies in West Cairo.
- Coordinate closely with Marketing, CRM, and Customer Service to ensure aligned campaigns and lead management.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing approvals, and legal procedures.
- Represent the company professionally in exhibitions, events, and client presentations.
8–12 years of real estate sales experience, with at least 4–5 years in a leadership role.Proven track record in selling villas and high-end residential units.Strong knowledge of the Sheikh Zayed / West Cairo real estate market.Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage high-value deals.
