Khalil Pharmacies Group is expanding, and we are looking for skilled Telesales Specialists to join our growing team in Alexandria.
Responsibilities:Handle incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally. Manage and reply to Whats App messages in a timely and clear manner. Assist customers in placing orders and provide suitable product information. Follow up on orders to ensure completion and customer satisfaction. Update customer records and maintain accurate data on the system. Coordinate with branches and internal departments to support smooth service flow.
Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience working in pharmacies (mandatory). Experience in telesales or customer service within the pharmaceutical field. Strong knowledge of medications and pharmacy products. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to manage phone calls and Whats App inquiries efficiently.
