Job Purpose
Responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment activities and managing personnel operations to ensure smooth HR processes, accurate employee documentation, and timely hiring that supports business continuity.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment:
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, CV screening, initial interviews, scheduling technical interviews, and collecting feedback.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely selection and hiring decisions.
• Prepare candidate summaries and support in job offer processes.
• Maintain an active talent pipeline and re-post vacancies when needed.
Personnel:
• Handle employees’ personnel files and ensure all documents are complete and updated.
• Follow up on hiring documents, medical check-ups, and contract signing.
• Maintain accurate employee data (new hires, resignations, terminations, pensions, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor law requirements, and HR procedures.
