- BIM Strategy & Leadership: Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of BIM standards, workflows, and digital design strategies across all design disciplines.
- BIM Execution & Oversight: Manage the preparation, execution, and monitoring of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), ensuring project deliverables align with contractual, technical, and client requirements.
- Cross-Disciplinary Coordination: Oversee multidisciplinary BIM coordination sessions, ensuring seamless integration, model consistency, and clash-free designs across architecture, structure, and MEP teams.
- Standards & Governance: Establish, maintain, and enforce company-wide BIM standards, templates, naming conventions, and data exchange protocols in line with ISO 19650 or equivalent standards.
- Model Quality Assurance: Supervise model reviews, quality checks, and audits to verify accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with project specifications and internal QA/QC standards.
- Digital Innovation & Automation: Promote the adoption of advanced modeling tools, automation scripts, and digital processes to enhance productivity and reduce design errors.
- Resource Planning & Team Management: Oversee BIM team performance, workload distribution, and skills development. Mentor BIM Leads and Modelers to ensure technical excellence and professional growth.
- Client & Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to align BIM deliverables, address technical issues, and ensure compliance with project information requirements (PIRs).
- Information & Data Management: Ensure robust data management practices, version control, and model federation workflows across all design platforms and projects.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare BIM progress reports, model review summaries, clash reports, and digital coordination records for management and client review.
- Training & Capability Building: Develop and deliver BIM training programs to enhance internal competencies and promote standardization across all project teams.
- Continuous Improvement: Evaluate lessons learned from completed projects, updating BIM standards, tools, and methodologies to drive operational excellence.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field. An MBA is a plus.Experience: 5-7 years of total experience, including experience in large-scale projects using BIM.Technical Skills (Essential): Expertise in BIM Software, Autodesk Revit Advanced, 3D/4D/5D Modeling & Coordination, and Clash Detection & Model Validation.Certifications (Preferred): Autodesk Revit Professional Certification and BIM Project Management Professional training.Leadership: Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, strong communication, coordination, and analytical thinking abilities.Language: Fluency in English is essential.
