- Lead and manage all financial operations for the group’s three manufacturing plants.
- Prepare, consolidate, and analyze financial statements including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, ensuring alignment across all sites.
- Oversee cost accounting, production costing, variance analysis, and plant-level profitability reports.
- Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing for all plants.
- Review and optimize cost structures, working capital, and cash flow across the group.
- Support strategic decision-making by providing financial insights to Operations, Supply Chain, and senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements (internal & external).
- Supervise and guide financial teams at each plant (or coordinate with site finance leads).
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, operational efficiency, and financial performance improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CMA/CPA is a plus).Minimum 15 years of solid experience in finance with at least 8 years in the industrial/manufacturing sector (mandatory).Proven experience managing multi-plant or multi-site financial operations.Strong knowledge of cost accounting, industrial costing systems, and manufacturing KPIs.Excellent analytical and reporting skills with high attention to detail.Strong leadership capabilities with experience supervising finance teams.Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.Strong business acumen, integrity, and ability to work under pressure.Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills.
