- Oversee all manufacturing operations including Production, Maintenance, Quality Control, and Warehousing.
- Develop and manage daily, monthly, and annual production schedules to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Lead, coach, and evaluate the plant workforce (Engineers, Technicians, and Laborers).
- Lead the full implementation and maintenance of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System throughout all stages of production.
- Ensure all manufactured equipment and products strictly adhere to international technical standards, particularly the IEC/EN 60335 specifications related to electrical safety for appliances.
- Supervise Quality Control activities to minimize defects and reduce waste (Scrap & Defects).
- Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify and prioritize areas for operational efficiency improvements.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing principles and other continuous improvement initiatives to reduce operating costs and boost productivity.
- Manage inventory control for raw materials and finished goods to minimize holding costs.
- Oversee Preventive Maintenance planning to maximize equipment uptime and operational readiness.
- Guarantee a safe working environment compliant with all Occupational Health and Safety (OSH) regulations.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Production) is essential.Proven experience in implementing and managing ISO 9001 systems.Strong working knowledge of electrical safety and quality standards specific to commercial appliances (IEC/EN 60335 is highly desirable).Proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma (a strong asset).Experience from 10 to 15 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with 5 years minimum in a leadership role (e.g., Assistant Plant Manager, or Senior Operations Manager).Industry Experience: Strong preference for candidates with experience in metal fabrication, equipment manufacturing, or related high-precision industries.
