The CEO of Leader Systems (LeSys) is responsible for leading, growing, and transforming the company into a leading provider of government digital transformation, enterprise systems, ERP solutions, system integration, and municipal consulting services. The CEO will drive strategy, delivery excellence, financial performance, and cross-functional leadership across all business units, ensuring strong presence within the Saudi governmental and semi-governmental sectors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership & Vision
- Develop and execute the long-term strategic direction for LeSys in alignment with the Group’s goals.
- Lead the digital transformation roadmap for government and enterprise sectors (Municipal, Health, Education, Gov SMB).
- Drive innovation in ERP, cloud, cybersecurity, and enterprise integration solutions.
2. Government & Enterprise Transformation Leadership
- Oversee large-scale government consulting projects, municipal programs, and national-level digital initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with ministries, municipalities, authorities, and government entities.
- Oversee the development of operating models, governance frameworks, and shared services solutions.
3. Business Growth & Commercial Leadership
- Own full P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and company financial targets.
- Lead commercial strategy, solution positioning, government bidding, and major proposals.
- Drive revenue growth through new digital offerings and multi-sector expansion.
4. Delivery & PMO Excellence
- Oversee all delivery units including ERP, software development, data, PMO, cybersecurity, and system integration.
- Ensure projects and programs are delivered on time, within budget, and according to government standards.
- Improve delivery quality, standardization, and customer satisfaction.
5. Technology & Architecture Oversight
- Guide the development of enterprise architecture, integration frameworks, and scalable digital platforms.
- Ensure alignment of LeSys solutions with national digital transformation goals (e.g., Smart Cities, 2030 Vision).
- Oversee modernization initiatives including cloud migration, AI adoption, cybersecurity enhancement, and smart-government technologies.
6. Organizational Leadership & Culture
- Lead a multi-disciplinary and multi-geography team (consulting, delivery, PMO, commercial, technology).
- Build a culture of performance, accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity.
- Mentor senior leaders and ensure talent development across business units.
