Job Purpose:

Responsible for planning, executing, and supervising civil engineering projects to ensure structural integrity, safety, and compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proper understanding of project execution considering the following:
  • Contract Documents, Specifications, BOQ, DWGs, etc.
  • Execution budget, cost monitoring.
  • Work Breakdown structure analysis, generating execution schedule timeline.
  • Material take off, Subcontractor selection.
  • Scope compliance, and quality assurance.
  • Adherence to safety concept.
  • Communicate with Consultant, and client representatives.
  • Documenting all executed and handed over activities.
  • Prepare and finalize MIRs, IRs, and FRIs.
  • Prepare workshop, and As built DWGs.
  • Ability to differentiate any added scope, document it to get it approved reflecting additional works to be considered. 
  • Ability to cost estimates and pricing, based on activity analysis. 
• Supervise civil works and ensure compliance with execution schedule.
  • Eart work considering site conditions. (Digging, backfilling, soil replacement, etc..).
  • Plain Concrete, reinforced concrete, footing, ability to figure out the needed.
  • Optimized Steel detailing.
  • Blockwork, isolation, plastering.
  • Faced finishing, painting, tilling, marble, etc..
  • Wooden, aluminum, steel doors, and windows
  • Steel Structure works.
• Assist in planning and resource allocation.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
• Ensure timely and budget-compliant completion of work.
• Estimate quantities and prepare cost breakdowns.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.
• Inspect materials, equipment, and workmanship for quality compliance.
• Manage documentation and prepare technical reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Supervise and monitor daily site operations.
• Ensure that work is carried out according to project drawings and standards.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor site safety and ensure all safety procedures are followed.
• Attend site meetings and communicate progress updates.
