  • o Manage the end-to-end proposal cycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, competitive proposals.
  • o Review and analyze customer RFQs, tenders, and technical specifications.
  • Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals, including cost estimation and compliance statements.
  • Provide guidance to juniors and ensure proposals are submitted on time and meet all client and internal quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate proposal documentation and update the bid tracking system.
  • Support the sales team during client meetings, presentations, and negotiations by providing technical clarifications and justifications.
  • Participate in kick-off meetings with the customers to ensure smooth execution of the awarded projects.
  • Responsible for processing and following up on orders with the suppliers to meet customers’ delivery schedules and oversee payment processes.
  • Prepare Cash Flow Projections for large projects, aiding in liquidity management and boosting project success.
  • Responsible for updating the database and preparing sales figures analyses to enhance sales performance.
  • Manage the orders with the suppliers, and coordinate with the logistics team for delivery and invoicing.
  • Follow up with the finance department on the payment process to ensure all suppliers’ dues are settled on time.
  • Identify value-engineering opportunities to enhance competitiveness and profitability.
