Key Responsibilities:

-Screening Calls:

  Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for open positions.

- Sourcing:

  Utilize various platforms and tools to source potential candidates, building a strong talent pipeline.

- Interview Arrangement:

   Coordinate and schedule interview appointments between candidates and hiring managers.

-Follow up:

Key person for keeping an eye on all data entry for all recruitment tracking sheets. 

-  Onboarding:

  Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation are completed.
