Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, prospect and qualify leads, and manage the sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key accounts and potential partners.
- Prepare tailored proposals, quotes, and presentations that address client needs and demonstrate product value.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure a coordinated approach to market growth.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis to senior leadership.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to refine sales tactics.
- Coach and supervise junior sales staff, interns, and cross-functional team members to maximize performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and contractual terms.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field).
- Career level: Internship experience or exposure with a strong interest in pursuing a sales management career.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and demonstrate a track record of achieving results (internship projects or prior internships welcomed).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events within Egypt.
