Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, prospect and qualify leads, and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key accounts and potential partners.
  • Prepare tailored proposals, quotes, and presentations that address client needs and demonstrate product value.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure a coordinated approach to market growth.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis to senior leadership.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to refine sales tactics.
  • Coach and supervise junior sales staff, interns, and cross-functional team members to maximize performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and contractual terms.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field).
  • Career level: Internship experience or exposure with a strong interest in pursuing a sales management career.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and demonstrate a track record of achieving results (internship projects or prior internships welcomed).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events within Egypt.
