• Liaising with clients and other engineers to ensure projects are completed according to specifications.
• Preparation of commissioning plans, commissioning program and commissioning activity trackers.
• Preparing Operation and maintenance manuals, Training manuals and Asset registers.
• Prepare testing and commissioning method statements and procedures as per the manufacturer's recommendations, project specification and international standards.
• Review the design drawings and highlight commission issues.
• Prepare a design review report for mechanical systems, including the design calculations review and drawings review.
• Design and Development:
• Create and analyze mechanical system designs, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Utilize CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) for drafting and modelling.
• Project Coordination:
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the seamless integration of MEP systems.
• Participate in design meetings and present design concepts to stakeholders.
• Technical Analysis:
• Conduct load calculations, equipment selection, and system sizing.
• Perform energy modelling and analysis to optimize system performance.
• Regulatory Compliance:
• Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
