  • Develop, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programs aligned with organizational objectives and market trends.
  • Conduct regular bench marking and market analysis to ensure competitive salary structures and benefits offerings.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR, finance, and leadership teams to design and review compensation policies and incentive schemes.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
  • Analyze compensation data and prepare detailed reports for senior management to support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead annual salary review processes, including merit increases, bonuses, and promotions.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding compensation and benefits inquiries.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and benefits providers to optimize service delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of compensation and benefits programs.
