Quality Manager

  • Develop, implement, and oversee quality assurance policies and procedures for all production lines, including par-fried French fries, frozen strawberries, and other vegetable products.
  • Lead and manage the quality assurance team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high standards are consistently met.
  • Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular internal audits and inspections of the processing and freezing plant to verify adherence to quality and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, maintenance, and supply chain, to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance reports, implementing corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities, audit results, and compliance records for regulatory and certification purposes.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies during inspections and certification processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in food quality and safety management.
  • Promote a culture of quality, safety, and accountability throughout the organization.
