The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies across all online channels to grow brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support business objectives. This role requires strong hands-on experience in performance marketing, content strategy, analytics, and campaign management, along with the ability to manage projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan annual and quarterly digital roadmaps (campaigns, channels, budgets, KPIs).
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies.
- Optimize ROI, reduce CPA, improve CTR, and achieve performance KPIs.
- Oversee content strategy and calendars across all social platforms.
- Ensure brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging.
- Collaborate with creative teams on visual assets, videos, and ad creatives.
- Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Meta Suite, Search Console, etc.
- Plan and execute email campaigns, automation, and workflows.
