Purpose of the role
To lead the HR Operations Team and to ensure smooth HR administrative processes in compliance with internal policies and labor law, and to ensure positive employee experience during the onboarding and offboarding phase.
Responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews and ensuring a smooth clearance of employees
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding and system entries
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records including contracts, renewals and personnel files
- Manage legal cases and compliance
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the HRIS to ensure full automation of HR Operations
- Ensure all HR Operational processes comply with the labor law requirements and internal policies
- Support in monthly HR reports and dashboards using excel and HRIS data
- Support payroll input by providing required data to the Finance Manager
- Support in updating internal HR policies and procedures
- Acts as a point of contact for HR Operations queries from employees and managers
- Provide insights and suggestions for optimizing workflow through system features
