Quality Control Engineer (Food Manufacturing)

  • Implement quality control procedures according to ISO, HACCP, GMP, and company standards.
  • Conduct daily inspections of raw materials, production lines, and finished products.
  • Review and analyze lab test results and investigate deviations and non-conformities.
  • Prepare and submit accurate quality reports to management.
  • Ensure proper application of food safety guidelines in production and storage areas.
  • Support production teams in resolving daily quality issues and reducing recurring defects.
  • Participate in internal and external audits.
  • Follow up on calibration of measuring devices and lab equipment.
  • Monitor hygiene practices and ensure compliance with GMP and personal hygiene requirements.
  • Analyze customer complaints and participate in corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
