Master Link, a leading construction and finishing company, is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead and oversee all procurement operations across our projects. The role requires strong technical knowledge, strategic planning, and excellent vendor management skills to ensure materials and services are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with specifications.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with project schedules and company goals.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best commercial and technical offers.
Review material specifications, quotations, and technical submittals with accuracy and attention to detail.
Maintain strong vendor relationships and update the approved suppliers list.
Coordinate with the technical office, project managers, site engineers, and finance teams.
Issue purchase orders, contracts, and periodic procurement reports.
Monitor market trends, pricing, and supply risks to support planning.
Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and quality standards.
Follow up on deliveries and resolve any supply chain or logistics issues.
