Junior Office Admin

Main Tasks:

  1. Welcoming clients and visitors, ensuring a professional hospitality experience.
  2. Managing all email communication and follow-ups in English and Arabic.
  3. Answering and handling office phone calls efficiently.
  4. Preparing and writing sales contracts in Arabic mainly.
  5. Assigning leads on the CRM and maintaining organized, up-to-date databases.
  6. Managing the full cycle of Agents’ Agreements and related forms.
  7. Sending WhatsApp broadcast communications for agents.
  8. Archiving and organizing contracts, forms, and official documents.
  9. Preparing and updating reports on Google Sheets.
  10. Handling tasks related to the Office Messenger.
  11. Responsible for arranging office set up for meetings and trainings
  12. Supervising office maintenance, inventory of supplies, and overall cleanliness.
  13. Responsible for gathering customer feedback and reporting it to management in a structured report.
  14. Reviewing and monitoring the WhatsApp Listings group.
  15. Handling day-to-day tasks requested by management.
