About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Finishing Engineer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage all finishing activities on-site, ensuring work is executed according to quality standards, project specifications, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor all finishing works, including painting, tiling, gypsum board, carpentry, flooring, and decorative works.
- Review and interpret project drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
- Conduct daily site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Prepare progress reports, snag lists, and follow up on closure.
- Ensure materials are available on-site as per the project schedule.
- Resolve technical issues related to finishing works and provide practical solutions.
- Attend project meetings and update management on project status.
