Sphinx Marine, a leading company in marine navigation, communication, and safety solutions across the MENA region, is looking for a motivated Services & Sales Coordinator to join our team in Smouha, Alexandria.
About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for coordinating service operations, preparing quotations, managing client communications, and supporting the sales process for marine equipment and navigation systems (Gyro, VDR, ECDIS, etc.).
This is a dynamic position that bridges our technical service team, suppliers, and clients across Egypt and the Gulf region.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily service jobs and schedule technicians for vessel attendance.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, service reports, and purchase orders.
• Communicate with shipowners, agents, and vessel masters for job arrangements.
• Support the sales process and maintain accurate service and customer records.
• Ensure after-sales follow-up and client satisfaction.
