First Capital Investment, a leading company in the perfumes retail sector in UAE, is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Stock Controller & Team Lead in Egypt. The position is non-Finance.
Lead the stock control team and oversee daily inventory operations across branches and the warehouse.
Develop and execute stock planning strategies to ensure the right stock is available at the right time.
Coordinate with Purchasing and Sales to forecast demand, plan replenishments, and avoid shortages.
Monitor stock movements, analyze trends, and prepare regular aging, slow-moving, and fast-moving reports.
Conduct stock audits, cycle counts, and investigate stock variances.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with inventory SOPs and company standards.
Maintain updated and accurate data on the ERP system (Odoo).
Manage receiving, storage, and dispatch processes efficiently.
Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare weekly/monthly stock reports and present findings to management.
