- Prepare detailed execution drawings and reinforcement schedules (BBS) including fabrication dimensions.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and cost estimation for structural and finishing works.
- Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) and detailed specifications for construction items.
- Develop and maintain Revit models up to LOD350 for accurate project visualization and coordination.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules and manage project costs and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure project alignment.
- Identify and resolve technical or design issues in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Ensure compliance with project standards, specifications, safety regulations, and quality requirements
- Review and approve project documentation, including reports, schedules, and cost plans.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.
