Project Coordinator

  • Coordinate and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for multiple projects.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, team members, and external partners.
  • Track project progress, identify risks or issues, and escalate them to management as needed.
  • Organize and participate in project meetings, ensuring follow-up on action items.
  • Support the preparation and management of project budgets and expenditures.
  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and company standards.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of project workflows and best practices.
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • -Handle procurement documentation: contracts, POs, invoices, supplier agreements
  • Enter and track data in ERP system
  • Coordinate between suppliers, clients, and internal teams
  • Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Assist with supplier evaluation and report
