Physical Security Sales Engineer focuses on selling CCTV, surveillance, and access control solutions, often bridging physical security with basic IT/network infrastructure.

• Reports To: Sales Manager/ Managing Director
• Salary Range: Atractive package + Sales Commission
• Exp: 2 to 4 years.
• Key Responsibilities:
- Market Penetration: Actively seek out new clients across various sectors (e.g., corporate offices, retail, residential compounds) who require advanced security camera and surveillance systems.
- Solution Design: Assess client security requirements and propose integrated solutions involving CCTV, VMS (Video Management Software), Access Control, and networking components (IP, PoE).
- Tender & Bidding: Manage the sales cycle for projects, including responding to tenders, preparing technical submittals, and ensuring proposals meet all specifications.
- Product Expertise: Stay updated on new camera technologies, IP configurations, and industry trends to advise clients on the most effective and scalable solutions.
- Reporting: Maintain a clean sales pipeline in the CRM (or a centralized tracking tool) and provide accurate weekly sales forecasts.
• Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Engineering/IT is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of direct sales experience in CCTV, physical security, or low-current systems in the Egyptian market.
- Technical Skills: Proficient knowledge of IP cameras, NVRs/DVRs, basic IP networking (PoE, VLANs), and general Access Control Systems.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills (Arabic and English). Ability to build long-term client relationships.
