1- Fire Alarm- Sales engineer
The Fire Alarm Sales Engineer is a technical sales representative responsible for driving the sales of fire alarms.
Job Description
• Job Code: Fire Alarm Sales Engineer
• Reports To: Sales Manager/ Managing Director
• Salary Range: Atractive package + Sales Commission
• Exp: 2 to 4 years.
• Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and generate new business opportunities, focusing on consultants, contractors, and project owners in the commercial and industrial sectors.
- Technical Consultation: Conduct site surveys, assess client needs, and design/propose complete fire alarm and fire-fighting system solutions.
- Proposal Management: Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, Bills of Quantities, and quotations that clearly articulate the value of TTC's solutions.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations, overcome technical and commercial objections, and secure new projects to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Internal Coordination: Serve as the technical link between the client and the internal engineering/operations team to ensure accurate system delivery and installation.
• Requirements:
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Communications Engineering is mandatory.
- Experience: 2-4 years of direct sales experience in fire alarm, firefighting, or physical security systems in Egypt.
- Technical Skills: Strong practical knowledge of Fire Alarm System components (e.g., panels, detectors) and physical security. Familiarity with Egyptian Fire Codes and NFPA standards is a must; have good experience with Simplex products.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills (Arabic and English). Ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
