- Lead and develop the Quality Control department.
- Establish and implement quality standards across furniture and metal production lines.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with technical specifications and international quality standards.
- Identify quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop inspection plans, testing procedures, and quality documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to enhance product quality.
- Train and guide QC engineers and inspectors.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.Proven experience (10–15 years) in furniture and metal manufacturing quality.Strong knowledge of metal fabrication, wood production, surface finishing, and assembly.Solid understanding of ISO standards and quality systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively .
