Medical Sales Representative

  • Work for proper promoting of hospital medical services and facilities to enhance its reputation which reflect on customers’ rates and hospital revenue
  • Perform Market studies and research to identifies customers’ needs and expectations and align that with the marketing strategic plan
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives through effective territory management and strategic planning.
  • Attend medical conferences, workshops, and industry events to expand professional network and stay updated on the latest advancements.
  • Use market research results to evaluate hospital services From a customer's perspective and to identify new segments and new sales options
  • Perform Market analysis to estimate hospital services’ opportunities to exist in the targeted segments 
  • Analyze external factors that effect on the community needs and trends 
  • Establish contact and develop relationships with prospect clients
  • Align the researches and analysis results with Public relation activities  & events plan to ensure accurate customers’ targeting
  • Use OPD data for the clinics census to define the high / low rated clinics to classify them and align that with the marketing plan
  • Facilitate clients’ entry to hospital with concerned departments “Reception, OPD, Approval, Admission Office” 
  • Coordinate with CAM department to facilitate collection process with insurance companies for the credit clients 
  • Understand clients’ requirements and providing solutions through frequent visits
  • Evaluate the implemented plans and activities with customer rates quarterly and define the gaps between expected and the actual achievements 
  • Maintains updated knowledge of all hospital achievements to promote to potential clients
