We are seeking an experienced and motivated Leader of Injection Production to oversee and coordinate injection molding operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Communicating with the Production Manager to define work strategies and objectives.
- Estimating costs and preparing budgets for the production process.
- Organizing workflow according to specifications and overseeing delivery schedules.
- Monitoring production and resolving process-related issues.
- Supervising production, quality control, and departmental staff.
- Identifying necessary resources such as labor, raw materials, and equipment.
- Coordinating with the Maintenance Department for breakdowns and routine maintenance.
- Ensuring products meet quality standards and compliance.
- Implementing occupational health and safety precautions.
- Preparing and submitting periodic reports to the Factory Head.
