We are hiring an Operations Manager responsible for:
- Leading certification operations
- Managing clients, workflows, and processes
- Coordinating auditors, inspectors, and technical experts
- Ensuring delivery times and customer satisfaction
- Preparing operational reports
- Supporting the accreditation process
Requirements:
- 3+ years in CB/inspection lab/quality systems
- Organizational and leadership skills
- Good English level
Preferably: Experience with SABER, SALEEM, or EGAC.
