Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Strategy & Campaign ManagementDevelop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing).Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.Own performance metrics, analyze data, and continuously optimize campaigns for ROI and CAC reduction.Copywriting & Content CreationWrite high-quality, persuasive copy for ads, landing pages, email campaigns, social media, product pages, and website content.Ensure brand voice consistency across all communication channels.Collaborate with designers and creative teams to produce compelling marketing assets.Create content calendars and oversee content production for campaigns and digital channels.Growth & Performance OptimizationConduct audience, competitor, and market research to inform targeting and creative strategies.Use A/B testing to improve conversion rates across funnels and landing pages.Collaborate with sales and product teams to align messaging and develop high-converting funnels.Tools & TechnologyManage marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.).Utilize analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Pixel, etc.) to track and report performance.Oversee SEO optimization efforts, including keyword research, on-page improvements, and content planning.
