1. Maintenance Planning & Supervision
- Plan, lead, and manage all preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Supervise maintenance engineers and technicians to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
- Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and provide technical guidance.
2. Equipment Performance & Troubleshooting
- Ensure maximum equipment uptime by implementing strong troubleshooting practices.
- Analyze equipment failures and implement long-term solutions.
- Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical components.
3. Preventive & Predictive Maintenance
- Develop, implement, and optimize preventive maintenance schedules.
- Utilize predictive maintenance tools to forecast equipment issues before failures occur.
4. Safety & Compliance
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and company policies.
- Conduct regular safety checks and risk assessments.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance records and compliance reports.
5. Budgeting & Reporting
- Prepare and manage maintenance budgets.
- Track maintenance KPIs and provide regular performance reports to management.
- Recommend cost-saving initiatives and equipment upgrades.
6. Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to enhance machine efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Lead improvement projects in alignment with operational goals.
- Train and develop the maintenance team to improve technical capabilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.5–10 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance systems.Hands-on experience with industrial machinery, production lines, and automation systems.Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong communication and team management abilities.Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.
