Role Description The Reservation Specialist (English-Voice) is a full-time, on-site role located in Sheikh Zayed City. Key responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting sales through personalized recommendations. The Specialist will also engage in ongoing training to stay updated on company processes, products, and policies while ensuring an efficient and pleasant booking experience for customers.
Qualifications Strong skills in Reservations and Sales to effectively manage booking requests and promote services Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to deliver excellent support and address customer needs Enthusiasm for participating in Training to stay updated on company knowledge and improve service delivery Proficiency in English (verbal and written) is essential Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment Previous experience in reservations, hospitality, or customer service roles is a plus Bachelor degree or any relevant diploma
