Job Opportunity: Senior OD Specialist - Performance Management
Location: New Cairo (Fifth Settlement), Egypt???? Full-time | Industry: Home Textiles / Furniture & Interior Décor???? Day Off: Fridays only
Performance Management is a strategic and continuous process that aims to improve individual and team performance in alignment with the organization’s goals. Key components include: Goal Setting: Defining clear and measurable objectives for employees that align with company priorities. Design and Implement OD Programs Support Change Management Develop Talent and Leadership Programs Lead sessions on communication, team building, performance management, and other soft skills to enhance workplace culture. Work closely with HR, Learning & Development, and senior leaders to align organizational strategies with business goals. Track progress, measure impact, and provide reports or recommendations for continuous improvement. Encourage initiatives that support collaboration, innovation, and employee well-being. Help design and improve appraisal systems, competency frameworks, and succession planning. Ongoing Monitoring: Continuously tracking progress and providing guidance and support. Performance Reviews: Conducting regular evaluations (monthly, quarterly, or annually) to assess employee achievements. Development & Improvement: Identifying strengths and areas for growth, and offering training or development plans accordingly. Recognition & Rewards: Linking high performance to incentives, bonuses, promotions, or career growth
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, PHR) is a plus. 3 – 6 years of experience in HR, - talent management, or performance evaluation systems. Hands-on experience with performance appraisal tools and HR software. Strong understanding of performance management frameworks (e.g., KPIs, OKRs, 360° feedback). Ability to set measurable goals and align them with business objectives. Analytical thinking and the ability to interpret performance data and reports. Excellent communication, coaching, and feedback skills. Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to employee development. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and performance management systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point for reporting and presentations. High level of integrity and confidentiality. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
