Department: Technical Maintenance and Repair
- Job Objective
To be fully aware of the Maintenance Department work process ensuring that all repair and maintenance work for UPS and Stabilizers is executed with high efficiency, enhancing the team's technical output and productivity, and participate in developing the work environment to achieve the company's goals in quality, speed, and customer service.
- Tasks and Responsibilities
Accountable of the maintenance and repair operations for all types of UPS devices both in-house and on-site.
Make Accurate fault diagnosis, especially in electronic boards and Power Electronics.
Participate in developing technical procedures for maintenance and ensuring the quality of repairs.
Ensure daily daily tasks are performed effectively and in timely manner
Adhere to training and development to ensure that latest maintenance techniques and fault analysis are allowed.
Send to Maintenance manager the department's needs for tools, spare parts, and technical equipment.
Developing plans to improve productivity and reduce recurring fault rates.
ensure the use of repair equipment and ensuring precise fault identification.
Reviewing technical repair reports and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Update the inventory of spare parts and report to Maintenance manager to secure needs.
Periodic follow-up on serviced devices to guarantee performance efficiency.
Coordinating with the Customer Service Department regarding customer complaints or feedback.
Ensuring adherence to quality standards and occupational safety during maintenance work execution.
- Work System
Schedule: Full-time (Sunday to Thursday).
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Workplace: The company's main maintenance center/Workshops.
Possibility of traveling to customer sites when needed.
