Job Description:
We are looking for a Visual Merchandiser to support in-store displays, product presentation, and brand image across De Backer’s stores. The ideal candidate has strong styling skills, good color coordination, and hands-on experience in fashion retail VM. The role includes executing planograms, styling mannequins, maintaining display standards, and coordinating with store teams under the guidance of an experienced VM Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute planograms, window displays, and in-store visual setups.
Style mannequins and create visually appealing product groupings.
Coordinate with store teams to maintain daily VM standards.
Conduct store visits to ensure accurate execution.
Maintain displays, props, lighting, and ensure clean presentation.
Support seasonal floor changes and product launches.
