Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
Provide accurate information about products and technical specifications.
Register customer orders in the system and verify all related data.
Coordinate the order process and transfer requests to authorized dealers.
Follow up on customer cases until communication with the dealer is confirmed.
Update customer and dealer information on the CRM system.
Prepare reports on orders, customer feedback, and performance indicators.
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with customers.
Register new dealers and customers and ensure proper follow-up and communication.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Previous experience in selling technical equipment or machinery. Required Skills:Strong understanding of basic mechanical components Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to clearly explain product features and technical details.Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer relationship management and after-sales follow-up.Proficiency in computer applications and CRM systems.
