Main Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Providing Direct Manager with required periodical reports.
  • Providing information by answering questions and requests needed by the department Managers and project managers.
  • Assisting the department Managers and project managers on operational and administrative tasks when needed.
  • Maintaining continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating needed actions to Direct Manager.
  • Assisting the Direct Manager in researching, writing, and updating administrative policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines.
  • Assisting the Direct Manager in the evaluation and appraisal processes.
  • Ensuring a smooth and timely information flow between all parties involved.
    Interdepartmental:
  • Facilitating the communication process between other departments and the direct Manager.
    General:
  • Achieving operational excellence and cost optimization within the department.
  • Providing performance and status reporting to the Direct Manager to enable informed decision making and responsiveness.
  • Undertaking other related duties assigned by the Direct Manager.
