We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce strategies and operations, along with a passion for maximizing online sales and enhancing customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective online marketing strategies to increase traffic and conversion rates.
• Assist in managing and enhancing the online store by ensuring product listings are accurate, engaging, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
• Analyze website/Platforms traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify areas for growth and report findings to the team.
• Work alongside marketing teams to assist in the creation and execution of promotional campaigns, email marketing, and social media strategies for website/platforms.
• Support inventory management on e-commerce platforms by helping to ensure optimal stock levels and timely updates.
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback on e-commerce platforms to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Help manage product pricing strategies by conducting market research and competitor analysis.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in e-commerce.
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies aimed at improving the online purchasing process.
• Participate in A/B testing for various elements of the website to enhance user experience and report results to the team.
• Work with technical and design teams to ensure website functionality and aesthetics align with brand standards.
• Assist in preparing regular reports on e-commerce performance metrics and relay insights to the team for decision-making.
