Business Development Manager

  1. Act as the technical liaison between foreign steel plants and our company.
  2. Understand customers’ production lines, equipment, and maintenance requirements (DRI, melting, rolling, etc.).
  3. Handle RFQs, technical clarifications, and follow up on production of ordered spare parts.
  4. Conduct remote/onsite customer visits (mainly GCC & North Africa).
  5. Translate complex engineering problems into clear commercial offers in coordination with the technical & sales teams.
  6. Build long-term customer relationships based on technical expertise, credibility, and responsiveness.
  7. Monitor customer satisfaction, delivery timelines, and project performance.
  8. Prepare weekly reports on visits, opportunities, and customer updates.
