Lead the company’s financial planning by analyzing its performance and risks

Maintain ongoing awareness of the company’s financial position and work to prevent problems

Set up and oversee the company’s financial IT system

Set objectives and supervise all accounting and finance staff (management accountants, internal auditors, etc.)

Oversee all internal audit and control processes

Develop the company’s fundraising strategy and manage relationships with partners and investors

Prepare detailed and timely financial performance reports on a quarterly and annual basis

Conduct analysis to prepare forecasts and report to senior executives

Ensure compliance with financial laws and guidelines

Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 10+ years' of experience in finance or accounting
• CMA designation
• Strong communication and analytical skills
